Return and Refund Policy

• You have 14 days to return the products after receipt.

• If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the website, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt free of charge, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

• When returning a product, please make sure that all accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and that the package is factory sealed (in case of replacement within 14 days).

  This also applies to included offers such as free gifts or special accessories.
  If you created a password for the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise the request cannot be completed properly.

  For products showing manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, the same conditions apply — all accessories, packaging, and labels must be included in the return.

Some products cannot be returned, including:
